Inside the Bunny Bungalow | West Hollywood Moms

Last year at this time I wanted to do something special for my daughter’s first Easter. I had heard about The Grove’s Bunny Bungalow from friends and made an appointment online for her meet-and-greet and keepsake photo. My mom was in town and we made a lovely girls day out of it. We had the best time! Here’s why~

The Bunny Bungalow is located on the lawn at The Grove near the main fountain courtyard. The surrounding pathways are transformed into a beautiful spring scene with freshly planted flowers with Easter signs. We immediately felt the festive atmosphere and were excited to be there. The staff were friendly, prompt and attentive when checking in. Umbrella’s and bottled waters were also provided on the lawn for it was a hot, sunny day. We spotted the Easter Bunny who is adorable and friendly, nestled in his spring gazebo.

Although the Bunny Bungalow welcomes walk-ups, we highly recommend making a reservation as it was very busy and a line forms. It was easy to make our reservation online. If you are interested, take a look online as days book fast. See below for info.

The staff checked us in and as we got in line with the other reservations, it was a short wait and we then made out way inside the gazebo. My daughter Bella was calm and happy to be there as I was prepared for her to maybe not accept sitting on the lap of a giant bunny! But he is pleasant, smiling and soft.He was surrounded by bright fun props and a purple curtain with bright lighting. We were able to take several variations of the photos and the staff did a great job at catching our attention to the camera. We chose to have Bella by herself, with myself and my mom. You can being your partner, family or friends to the Bungalow and it’s the perfect keepsake. After we were finished, we were directed outside to a desk where our reservation was automatically pulled up and ready to print our keepsake photo, customized flash drive and small magnetic frame as we chose. A great time! We recommend enjoying lunch afterwards or a walk around the park.
